Their old enemy Captain Bad is also BACK! He is determined to beat the O.D.D Squad once and for all and decides the best plan is to clone himself. What could possibly go wrong? Errm, maybe the whole plan? He accidentally creates Captain Worse, an even more evil version of himself.
