Nick Andino is a normal twelve-year-old who works in his family's Greek diner in Athens, Ohio. He's no hero material - he's too shy to talk to his crush, Daisy, and is being bullied by Orson 'Dingus' Macklemore, whose parents rent the diner to Nick's mom.

But Nick must become a hero quick - with the help of Zeus and Hermes, Nick discovers that he is suffering from a case of 'destinitis' and must travel back in time to Ancient Greece to save his family line.
