I have a faulty product, who should I contact?

Please contact us directly emailing us at online@unitybooks.co.nz.

What is your refund policy?

If there is a fault with the publishing in the book you purchased then we can replace the book for you at no extra cost. Please email online@unitybooks.co.nz. We may need to send away for a replacement copy from the publishers, so there could be a wee wait.

How long do you hold items for pick-up in store?

If you select to pick-up in store, we will hold the items for 3 months. If you need longer, please contact us. Items not picked up after 3 months will be returned to stock and an online credit issued.
